Filtering assets by available dates in Reftab is a simple process that can help you easily find assets that have no reservations previously set on them during a selected date range. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to filter assets by available dates in Reftab.
- Click the “Assets” tab in the top navigation bar. This will take you to the asset table where you can view all your assets across all locations and categories.
- Click on the “Filter Assets” button in the top middle of the page. This will open the filter options.
- Enter a start date in “Filter by Dates Available” and enter an end date in “End Date”
- Then click “Filter Assets”
The table below will now display only the assets that are available during the selected date range.
To clear the filters and return to the full list of assets, click on “Clear Filter”
