Images can be used to customize maintenance forms with logos, branding, and other visual elements, creating a polished and professional appearance like the forms depicted below.

For security purposes, we do require that images are encoded for use in the maintenance forms.

Convert the Image to Base64
- Visit Base64-Image or another similar tool.
- Upload your image and click “Copy Image” to copy the Base64 link.

Inserting the Image into the Form Editor
- In the maintenance form editor, click Insert, then Image.
- Paste the Base64 image link into the provided field.
- Click the Description field to automatically populate the image dimensions.
- Click OK to confirm.
- In the maintenance form editor, click Insert, then Image.

Apply a Minor Edit to Save Changes
- Make a small edit in the editor (e.g., delete and retype a character) to ensure the image is properly saved.

Preview the Form
- Click View Sample to confirm the image appears as expected on the form.

That’s it! You can further customize your form to your liking and once happy with the results, you can click save.
