In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to purge certain aspects of your data inside of Reftab. This guide will walk you through how to properly do this.

Navigating to the Purge Feature
To navigate to the purge button, you will want to log into your Reftab account as the main administrator and click Settings > Purge Account
Selecting your Data
In the next window you will be able selectively purge certain aspects of your data. This allows you better control over which information stays, and which is removed. Once you have made your selections, click Purge.
That’s it! You have successfully purged your data.
Important Notes
You must be the Main Administrator of the Reftab account you are attempting to purge data for. No other roles, including Administrator, will be able to access or utilize this feature.
