Preset asset titles help maintain consistency when creating new assets by allowing you to predefine specific titles for each asset category. This guide walks you through the process of setting up, managing, and applying preset asset titles within Reftab.

Navigating to Preset Title Settings
Click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard. From the Settings menu, select General.
In the General Settings section, find the Preset Asset Titles option and click the Setup Asset Titles button to open the preset title management interface.
Adding New Titles for a Category
In the Preset Asset Titles window, select the desired asset category from the dropdown.
Click Add Title and enter the desired asset title. Click Save Asset Titles to confirm and save your changes.
You can repeat the above the steps to setup titles for each required category, or add multiple titles per category before saving.
Applying Preset Titles When Creating a New Asset
When creating a new asset, select the appropriate asset category. The Asset Title field will display a dropdown with the preset titles for the selected category.
