To start a free trial, you’ll need to click the “Register Free Account” button on the Reftab home page.
Once you do, you’ll be on the free version of Reftab. Free accounts are free forever, there are no time limits. A tour will start that will show you around the platform and introduce you to helpful tips. Below is a list of all that can be done with a free account.
- Create up to 50 assets
- Create unlimited number of categories and fields
- Design and print barcodes and qr-codes
- Free use of the mobile app (iOS & Android) to scan barcodes/qr-codes
- Check assets in / out to users
- Reserve assets for users
- Add an unlimited number of loanees
- Create an unlimited number of asset locations
- Track unlimited amount of licenses
- Track unlimited amount of accessories
If you’d like to add more assets, or try a feature on one of our paid subscription plans such as integrations with Jira, Intune, Jamf, Zendesk, etc. You can start a two-week, free trial of our Business plan. Click the button, “Click Here To Start Free Trial – Business!” seen in the navigation bar here:
There is no credit card required. The screen will simply refresh and you will gain access to all the features offered on the Business plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan after the Business plan trial expires, nothing is deleted. You simply drop back down to the free plan, you can only access the first 50 of your assets and your limited to the free plan features. (Note that you can still run reports to export any and all data that you need even if you’re dropped down to the free plan.)
