Reftab provides a detailed logging feature for integrations, allowing you to track the success of your syncs, identify any issues, and troubleshoot errors effectively. This feature allows you to troubleshoot your integrations, ensuring that your asset management operations run smoothly across platforms like Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, and Mosyle.
In this post we will go over the following:
How to Navigate to Sync Logs:
You can review your sync logs right from your integrations page by navigating to “Settings” > “Integrations” > Locate the integration you want to view logs for and click “View Last Sync”.

Utilizing the Sync Logs:
Once you’ve opened the sync logs, you’ll be presented with a detailed breakdown of the sync process:
- Message Column: This section contains step-by-step messages that describe each action taken during the sync, such as when the sync started, the number of computers fetched, and any conversion processes.
- Additional Information: Next to each message, you’ll find additional data, such as the number of records processed, skipped, created, or updated.
- Error Handling: If any issues occurred during the sync, such as authentication failures or data processing errors, these will be clearly logged with specific error messages.

By regularly reviewing your sync logs, you can ensure that your integrations are functioning correctly and take immediate action if any issues arise. This feature is particularly beneficial for IT administrators who need to maintain seamless asset management operations across multiple platforms.
