How To Reserve Consumables in Reftab

Reserving consumables in Reftab is a straightforward process that allows you to ensure the availability of essential items when needed. This guide will walk you through the steps to reserve consumables effectively using the Reftab asset management system.

1. Navigate to the “Accessories” Tab to view your “Consumables”

2. Once the consumable is selected, click Reserve.

3. Next, select amount and date, then click “Submit“

4. The consumable quantity count will show reduced by the reserved amount.

(Note: The timestamp of the original reservation will be changed to the timestamp indicating when the consumable has been fulfilled.)
