How does Jira display assets to end users?

The Reftab Jira plugin will display assets that are:

1. Assigned specifically to the user
2. Any un-assigned assets

So for example, if someone logs into Jira request portal and opens a ticket, you can add the asset field to the screen which will allow the user to find and select their asset to attach it to the ticket.

This same drop-down list will also display assets that are unassigned. The reason unassigned assets will display is because it allows a user to submit tickets on assets that might be used by everyone such as a conference room phone or a printer etc.
